Joe gets to go back to work tomorrow. He is anxious and also a little intimidated by the amount of work that has piled up since he's been gone. But knowing my husband as well as I do, I know he likes a challenge-so I will most likely hear about how much progress he will have made on his jobs by weeks end. Whitney keeps praying for his back to get better by "tomorrow" every day and I wonder if the faith of one so small can actually produce such a miracle. Maybe it's my faith wavering in even questioning that.
On another note, it's getting closer to Valentines Day and we searched high and low for Whitneys Tinkerbell Valentines and only two stores had them..on sale from about $4-5 I couldn't believe it. Then Finally I saw them at the Dollar store for yeah, $1, so i grabbed them up. She was so excited about them because they were the same ones we bought last year. I don't know about you but I love dollar stores. We've gotten accessories for Halloween costumes there and stickers and my favorite-coloring books/activity books. I can't even count the hair stuff I've gotten there for the girls. One year I even bought the girls their Easter dresses at Family Dollar for like $8 and they were darling and modest too-you can't beat that price. Party supplies and helium balloons are a huge bargain there.

Oh, I'm a HUGE dollar store fan. I was just there this last weekend! I'm glad you got Whitney's Valentine's cards. HOw fun those little traditions we forget about!
I hope Joe is okay in going back to work! Hope his back can hold up!
Also, on a totally different note, I love that pic of you and your girls. Whitney looks so grown up!
I can't wait to find out what kind of mailbox Whitney makes for her valentines to go into-probably a bag type since they haven't sent home a request for empty kleenex boxes. Just brings back all those elementary school memories.
Joe will only be doing light office work-so he should be okay-he has to wear his brace, which can be a bit uncomfortable and bulky so we'll see how sore he is when he gets home.
Thanks about the picture comment, we framed it and gave it to Joe for Christmas to go in his office. I really liked how it turned out.
Claire had her first valentine card exchange on Monday at her dance class, so I decided to pick up some valentines that day at the grocery store- all they had was crappy Bratz and Barbie valentine cards. I was so bummed. I remember valentine cards being so much cuter when I was little- not stinkin' bratz cards.
